“Mama Tony.” Graduate of Vinguguti. Her husband kicked her out and family disowned her. So she lived on the streets for 2 months and found out she was pregnant. She was taken in by a clinic where she delivered the baby. Afterwards, she was right back on the streets with the baby. A friend referred her to CARE for AIDS where she learned skills to start a business. In just a few months, she saved enough to buy a small plot. She is now a trainer for other centers.
